This landmark 14-level boutique development features 42 luxury residences, thoughtfully designed with world-class amenities including a pool, spa, gym, club lounge, concierge services, and four levels of secure parking.
To capture the scale and precision of the project, long-term timelapse cameras have been installed to document every stage — from demolition, through construction, to the completion of the final build. This evolving visual record provides a unique perspective on the transformation of the site, showcasing the craftsmanship and vision behind the development.
A true statement in modern living, this project combines architectural excellence with lifestyle convenience, setting a new benchmark for boutique residential developments.

For the fourth year in a row, Bison is proud to help Melbourne Airport to celebrate World Environment Day by bringing together staff, suppliers, and partners in a community-wide effort to restore and protect the unique natural environment surrounding the airport.
Each year, volunteers roll up their sleeves to help regenerate environmentally significant areas across the airport precinct. From planting native vegetation to restoring habitats for local wildlife, this initiative highlights our commitment to sustainability and the preservation of Melbourne’s natural heritage.
This annual event not only strengthens our environmental stewardship but also fosters collaboration and connection among the people and organisations that make Melbourne Airport thrive. Together, we are ensuring a greener, healthier future for generations to come.

We created a unique visual documentary capturing aerial perspectives of 19 cemeteries across Greater Melbourne, in partnership with the Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust. Using state-of-the-art drone technology, we documented the beauty, history, and landscape of these sacred places from above — including sites located within restricted airspace.
Each cemetery offers its own story, setting, and atmosphere. Our project spans Templestowe, Burwood, Altona, Footscray, Williamstown, Truganina, Coburg, Keilor, Fawkner, Werribee, Northcote, Preston, Lilydale Lawn, Lilydale Memorial, Yarra Glen, Emerald, Northern Memorial, and Harkness.
This aerial journey provides a respectful, cinematic perspective that highlights both the cultural heritage and the serene natural environments of Melbourne’s cemeteries. The resulting documentary will serve as a visual archive, preserving these landscapes for future generations.

Bison United partnered with Melbourne Airport in 2019 and continue to document major construction projects both on the airfield and land side. Using advanced timelapse technology, on site videos, aerial drone footage and photography, we are APAM’s preferred supplier for all aviation construction visual documentation. Bison procured a specific tethered drone system for the Taxiway Zulu construction project and were first to fly on the Airport airfield, communicating not only construction milestones but dramatic footage of the grounded aircraft during the pandemic. Stakeholders and public news channels, both print, online and TV broadcast used the media to report during this unprecedented time. 2022 sees the recommencement of the T4 Express Link major project, a very exciting site to document upgrades for Melbourne Airport.

The removal of the dangerous level crossing at Toorak Road was awarded in 2019 and Bison United's almost 20 years of documenting rail construction projects was relied upon to document this iconic new rail bridge. An outstanding Alliance comprising of Laing O’Rourke, Jacobs and Metro (MTM) led to the level crossing being removed six months ahead of schedule. Bison provided some of the most breath taking visual media, aerial drone footage, photography and video used by news media and State Government to inform the public of the success of this major infrastructure project. The visual documentation of this project set the benchmark for future level crossing projects and the commencement of the new SEPA Manchester and Maroondah LCRP.

Utilising drone, timelapse, video and photography, Bison United were commissioned to document the Chandler Highway Upgrade which serves as a major route across the Yarra River, connecting the eastern and northern suburbs of Melbourne.The project included the construction of a new six-lane bridge over the Yarra River, upgrade of the existing heritage-listed structure to a pedestrian and cyclist shared-user path, duplicating Chandler Highway six-lanes between the Eastern Freeway outbound exit ramp and Heidelberg Road. Footage was regularly used throughout the project by news channels, online for Stakeholder and community engagement and featured regularly on all social platforms. An exceptional project to be involved with with close teamwork to ensure the best deliverable for our long term client Seymour Whyte Constructions.

The University of Melbourne, in partnership with a consortium led by Lendlease had a vision to created a connected innovation ecosystem of people, place and possibilities. In early 2020 Bison United partnered with the University of Melbourne team, again pushing the boundaries of digital communications for the construction and education sectors. Continuing our long term partnership documenting spectacular construction projects, Bison integrated 3D animation, on site project footage and interviews producing innovative and highly engaging monthly construction project updates. A fascinating project to document, Melbourne Connect located on the former Royal Women’s Hospital site, on the corner of Swanston and Grattan Streets boasts smart and sustainable design with a 6-star Green Star rating, and employs on-site rainwater harvesting as well as solar and geothermal energy. The open air oculus known as womin-djerring (come together) connecting the public to the precinct was especially well designed and a incredible structure to document.

Bison United were commissioned by long term rail industry partners Yarra Trams, Public Transport Victoria (PTV) and VicRoads to document the major infrastructure upgrade of Route 96, a 14km-long tram route on the Melbourne’s tram network between Blyth Street, Brunswick East and Acland Street, St Kilda Beach in Victoria. The route was upgraded with an aim to meet the growing demand, and improve reliability and efficiency of Melbourne’s tram network, the world’s biggest tram network. Multiple timelapse cameras, drone and onsite video and photography yielded stunning footage of the construction and upgrade of the terminus stops, and existing narrow road widening to six lanes. Working closely with our client, Bison planned extensive visual documentation of night works with outstanding results.

Following from the success of South East Project Alliance (SEPA) Toorak Road Level Crossing Removing Project, Bison United were appointed to document Manchester Road & Maroondah Highway (M&M) with rail bridges and a new multi-deck car park built to remedy clogged streets and risks to more than 53,000 drivers who use the crossings each day. Partnering with SEPA and head contractor Laing O’Rourke on this major construction project was a challenge given the large scale and multitude of media requirements, both internal and at Government levels. 6 timelapse cameras operating 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, several drone, video and photography shoots per month documented new elevated stations built at Lilydale and Mooroolbark as part of this major construction project. Footage was used extensively for Ministerial events, news broadcasts and community information and social updates. An incredible project to document and the largest of it’s kind for the Victorian Government's Big Build.

The Melbourne Conservatorium of Music is Australia’s oldest and most prestigious music institution. Bison United were thrilled to be working with the University of Melbourne, Lendlease and John Wardle again on this new spectacular and inspiring major construction project, situated in the heart of Melbourne's Arts Precinct. Documenting an architecturally stunning cutting-edge nine-storey facility using timelapse photography, drones and on site video provided monthly construction video updates, and imagery of a very technical build. Lendlease were especially pleased with the results of the facade installation which was critical to document for marketing and future education sector tender opportunities. Drone operations were achieved with careful consultation with all project teams to ensure outstanding and much talked about results.

The Learning and Teaching Building is the product of years of research and design thinking, and harnesses the expertise of multi-award winning design studio John Wardle Architects. Bison United were privileged to work with Multiplex on this major construction project and world-class learning environment. The building which accommodates thousands of students each semester is the home of advanced learning and teaching practice across Monash University. Multiple timelapse cameras used for project documentation and remote site monitoring were essential in the program management for both Monash University and Multiplex.
